Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook to prepare and plate dishes, maintain workstation cleanliness, and assist with inventory management and general cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute cooking and plating according to orders 2. Strictly follow chef's recipes and presentation standards 3. Ensure constant order and cleanliness of the workstation · Prepare mise en place for the assigned production shift. · Execute cooking and plating of assigned dishes according to order tickets. · Strictly follow recipes and presentations defined by the chef. · Maintain constant order and cleanliness of your workstation. · Assist in stock control and product labeling. · Collaborate with general area cleaning at the beginning, during, and at the end of the shift. · Minimize waste and use assigned supplies appropriately. · Report any incidents, delays, or supply shortages to the chef. · Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal hygiene protocols at all times. · Perform all other duties delegated by your direct supervisor. **Salary: S/.1,500.00 / Only candidates with 2 years of experience may apply.** Schedule: \-PM Shift \- 4 PM to 12 AM \-AM Shift \- 8 AM to 5 PM Requirements: \-MICROENTERPRISE LABOR REGIME. \-Weekly day off: Monday / Tuesday \-A trial day will be conducted to verify skills. \-Minimum 2 years of experience / Applicants must be over 28 years old. \-Restaurant located at Av. La Molina 748, district La Molina, province Lima.
