Job Summary: This role involves performing transformation and production operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and compliance with manufacturing and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform transformation and production operations for products 2. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 3. Manage cleaning and disinfection of equipment and work area Responsibilities: * Receive the manufacturing order and clarify any questions regarding the order with the shift supervisor. * Verify that packaging materials, trays, or other components are in perfect condition for use. * Prepare and condition the work area by applying company-established measures, such as safety, hygiene, and environmental protection measures. * Perform the transformation and production operations specified in the product manufacturing plan, including the following activities: · Assistant to machine operator (Cooking) · Cooling and packaging · Labeling of packages · Others. * Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming products for subsequent analysis according to company-established protocols. * Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during all assigned activities. * Report any process failures or non-compliance to the immediate supervisor. * Properly manage waste (e.g., cleaning of equipment and machinery, trimmings, etc.). * Perform cleaning and disinfection of equipment and work area before, during, and after each shift. * Complete relevant records for the company’s management systems (Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and others assigned). * Carry out assigned tasks efficiently and responsibly. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
