Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with project experience to prepare quantity takeoffs, budgets, cost control, and site coordination, contributing to challenging projects within a growing company. At **IC Montegrande**, we are looking for a **Civil Engineer** with experience in **Projects** to join our team. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Prepare quantity takeoffs and unit price analyses (UPA) for proposals and technical files. * Prepare construction budgets and participate in tender processes. * Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs and identify variances. * Develop and update construction schedules (critical path). * Interpret architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * Coordinate with site supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Support contract management and supplier negotiations. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree or licensed Civil Engineer. * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles at construction companies, preferably in retail or building projects. * Proficiency in S10 – Cost and Budgeting. * Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6\. * Knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and interpreting drawings. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Specialization or diploma in Cost and Budgeting or Project Management (preferred). * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment registration. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects. * Excellent working environment in a growing company. **How to apply?** Send your updated CV to kgomez@icmontegrande.com.pe or via WhatsApp to 908 840 819, with the subject line "Project Engineer" – \[Your Name].
