The purpose of this role is to design, lead, and execute the comprehensive change management strategy for a high-impact transformation project. To reduce and minimize resistance to change and ensure effective project management, guaranteeing proper adoption, smooth and sustainable transition to new operating models, processes, and digital platforms—aligned with the business’s strategic objectives. **What You’ll Do** * Design and lead the project’s comprehensive Change Management strategy. * Conduct impact analyses on processes, teams, and financial/operational systems. * Manage critical stakeholders: identification, mapping, communication, and engagement with business leaders and sponsors. * Define and implement communication, training, and resistance management plans. * Oversee the development of project-specific communication and training materials. * Measure and report on progress, adoption, and effectiveness metrics for change initiatives. * Integrate change management activities into overall project planning.
