Currently, we are looking for talented individuals like you: **PROJECT ASSISTANT—CHALA (AREQUIPA)** **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree or graduate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. · Minimum of 1 year of experience in fiber optic cabling, project management, and blueprint interpretation. · Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, advanced Excel, and design tools (KMZ, Global Mapper). · Knowledge of FTTx, GPON, OTDR, Power Meter, splicers, and safety regulations for work at heights. · **Desirable**: Certification in project management and electrical safety. **Responsibilities:** · Design and supervise aerial fiber optic cable sections on power networks using design systems (KMZ, Global Mapper). · Execute procedures for laying, securing, splicing, and testing fiber optics (OTDR, Power Meter). · Manage project materials and logistics (hardware, fittings, cables, passive components, consumables). · Supervise construction of aerial, underground, and ducted cabling, including installation of hardware and passive elements. · Process technical permits and coordinate with public agencies, power companies, and property management. · Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all activities. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
