PROINMSA S.A.C., a company specializing in engineering, metallurgical-mechanical, and industrial service projects, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a professional with leadership ability, a focus on project management, and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with availability to travel according to the requirements of our projects. **Requirements** * Graduate in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in supervision, execution, and/or management of industrial electrical projects. * Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of electrical equipment and installations. * Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems. * Knowledge of power and control electrical panels. * Desired: experience in electrical substations. * Knowledge of and ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and electrical schematics. * Familiarity with technical standards, electrical regulations, and industrial safety standards. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Desired: experience preparing technical reports, quantity take-offs, and valuations. * Ability to identify and resolve electrical faults, as well as propose system improvements. * Experience coordinating and supervising technical staff and contractors. * Desired: valid Class A-I driver’s license. * Availability to travel nationwide according to project requirements. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of electrical projects. * Execute and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for electrical equipment and installations. * Verify compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Review drawings, technical specifications, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other departments involved in the project. * Prepare technical reports, progress reports, quotations, budgets, and valuations for electrical projects and services. * Supervise assigned personnel and monitor adherence to the work schedule. * Diagnose electrical faults and propose technical solutions to optimize system operation. * Identify improvement opportunities during project execution. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Organization and planning. * Proactivity. * Results orientation. **Benefits** * Opportunity for professional development and growth. * Excellent work environment. * Participation in nationwide engineering projects. * Per diems, transportation, and accommodation for business trips, per company policy.
