We seek a committed, empathetic individual with a service orientation to provide social and welfare support to staff. **Work Mode:** On-site, Chancay **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (one rotating day off) Responsibilities: * Provide staff with counseling and guidance regarding social, family, or personal issues that may affect their performance. * Conduct assessments and follow-up on identified social cases. * Prepare social reports promptly, as required. * Coordinate with other internal departments for supportive actions or interventions. * Support the organization and implementation of staff health, well-being, and integration campaigns. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Social Work or related fields (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of preparing social reports and case follow-up. * Interpersonal skills, empathetic communication, and active listening ability. * Preferred: Experience in occupational wellness programs or staff integration activities.
