**INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (FOOD INDUSTRY MACHINERY)** **Main Office: Carabayllo, Lima | Availability for national and international travel** **We are a metal-mechanical company dedicated to the manufacturing and importation of specialized machinery for the food industry.** On this occasion, we are seeking a **Maintenance Technician** with solid experience in comprehensive maintenance of industrial equipment in the food sector. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity or related fields. * **3 to 5 years of proven experience** in preventive, corrective maintenance and fault diagnosis on industrial food processing machinery (mixers, fillers, ovens, freezing tunnels, dosing machines, etc.). * Solid knowledge of **mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems**. * Ability to **read electrical, hydraulic and mechanical drawings**. * Desired experience in installation, commissioning and after-sales support of imported machinery. * Availability for **domestic and international travel**. * Preferably residing in the **northern area of Lima**, due to proximity to the plant (Carabayllo). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on equipment installed at facilities and customer sites. * Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery. * Conduct technical inspections, prepare service reports and provide after-sales follow-up. * Coordinate with technical and production departments to ensure equipment operability. * Support continuous improvement of mechanical and electrical processes in manufactured equipment. **WE OFFER:** * **Payroll registration from day one**, including all statutory benefits. * **Career path** and professional development opportunities within a growing company. * Ongoing technical training. * Positive work environment, dynamic work, and national and international growth potential.
