Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage the full procurement cycle, from receiving purchase requisitions to coordinating imports. Key Highlights: 1. At Resinas \& Acabados S.A.C., we are looking for top talent to fill the **Procurement Analyst** position at our emulsion polymer and derivatives plant. Responsibilities: Receiving purchase requisitions Requesting quotations Comparing prices and suppliers Negotiating prices and terms Issuing purchase orders Tracking purchase orders Coordinating deliveries Stock control and replenishment Supplier evaluation Sourcing new suppliers Recording purchases in the system Reviewing invoices and documentation Purchase cost control Preparing procurement reports Tracking supplier payments Coordinating with warehouse and logistics Resolving supplier issues Savings and profitability analysis Delivery time monitoring Procurement documentation management Import tracking Reviewing BL, invoice, and packing list Coordinating with freight forwarders and customs Verifying Incoterms Updating the supplier database. Requirements: University degree or technical diploma in Administration, International Business, or Industrial Engineering Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency Negotiation of prices and commercial terms Knowledge of procurement KPIs Understanding of administrative processes and invoicing Teamwork Ethics and confidentiality Organization and planning Benefits: Formal employment registration from the first day of work (general regime).
