Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer (QA/QC) to lead excellence in supervising a massive Fast-Track (EPC) industrial logistics center, ensuring high regulatory standards. We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer (QA/QC) **The Challenge:** At **DSE Engineering**, we know speed is meaningless without excellence. Therefore, we seek a **Quality Control Engineer (QA/QC)** to join the supervision team of a massive industrial logistics center (approx. 80,000 m²). In this **Fast\-Track (EPC)** project—where design and construction occur simultaneously—your challenge will be to ensure that every structure, slab, and system complies with the client’s highest regulatory standards, without bureaucratic delays hindering the accelerated construction pace. We do not seek someone who merely files paperwork, but rather an implacable and decisive field auditor. **Your mission on the project:** * Lead and implement the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plan for Technical Construction Inspection (ITO). * Conduct on-site audits to verify proper execution of critical work items: earthworks, high-flatness slab pours, steel structure assembly, and enclosures. * Manage and audit the issuance, resolution, and closure of Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) by the contractor. * **Critical Mission:** Progressively control, collect, and audit the **Quality Dossier** from Day One, ensuring smooth project closeout and settlement (Phase 3\) with no observations from the Developer. **The Profile We Seek:** * Degree-holding and licensed professional in **Civil Engineering**. * Proven experience leading or supervising QA/QC activities on **large-scale industrial or logistics projects, or similar**. * Absolute mastery in reviewing quality protocols, material testing, and compiling complex Quality Dossiers. * A structured professional with high attention to detail, strong technical rigor, and ability to work under pressure. **What We Offer:** * **The Project:** Serve as the quality guarantor for one of the most important logistics infrastructures underway today. * **Stability:** Direct employment with full statutory benefits from Day One. * **Work Modality:** 100% on-site work at the construction site. **Do You Meet Our High Standards?** Please send your updated CV to: **seleccion@dechini.com.pe**, with subject line **"QA/QC Engineer \- Logistics Project"**.
