**Functions:**  Comply with quality and safety policies and objectives  Responsible for sample reception and quality control for customer testing, according to established procedures.  Support in verifying the sample entry control into the system for laboratory tests.  Responsible for sample coding for distribution to respective departments.  Responsible for reporting any deviations in test items to the Sample Reception and Warehouse Coordinator.  Verify documentation accompanying samples such as custody chains, letters, among others.  Prepare requested materials, solutions, and preservatives according to established procedures.  Responsible for controlling and maintaining office supplies and cleaning material inventory.  Participate in and comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).  Identify hazards and assess risks to ensure worker safety and health.  Participate in and comply with Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.  Perform other duties assigned by the Sample Reception and Warehouse Coordinator. **Job Requirements:**  Completed secondary education or technical studies related to Chemistry or similar fields.  User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, intermediate level desirable.  Basic knowledge of logistics (desirable)  Availability to work Monday through Saturday in Puente Piedra.
