We are looking for a professional with solid experience in construction supervision, high commitment level, and the ability to effectively resolve issues, always safeguarding the company's interests. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the **technical execution and progress of multifamily construction**, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. * **Represent the company's interests** on-site, proactively managing any deviations or incidents during the construction process. * **Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and construction personnel** to maintain established timelines and ensure proper project execution. * **Verify physical and financial progress**, controlling materials and resources used on-site. * Prepare and **submit weekly progress reports** with photographic and technical evidence. * Supervise compliance with **safety, environmental, and quality control regulations.** * Ensure smooth communication between the construction site and the technical office or project management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Graduated and licensed** in **Civil Engineering** (mandatory). * Minimum of **5 years' experience** as a **Construction Supervisor, Resident Engineer, or Site Coordinator**, preferably in **multifamily real estate projects.** * Knowledge in **quality control, quantity surveying, valuations, and construction monitoring.** * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel, AutoCAD, and construction management tools.** * **On-site availability** on **Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.** * Must reside in **Ventanilla or neighboring districts.** * Analytical, problem-solving profile with results orientation. **WE OFFER:** * Salary of S/. 3,500 under RxH. * Work frequency: 3 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). * Initial duration: 3-month contract, with possibility of renewal based on performance. * Opportunity to join a strong, growing company in the real estate sector. * Ongoing multifamily development projects. * Professional autonomy and technical support. * Possibility of continuation in new projects based on performance.
