Urgently seeking a condominium manager for the district of Comas. Requirements: University studies, Bachelor's degree or graduate in administration, engineering, accounting or related fields. Minimum of 3 years certified and verifiable experience in condominiums and/or buildings, candidate must possess emotional control under pressure. **Responsibilities:** Supervise the proper operation of the assigned condominium, including daily and continuous supervision of personnel, reporting and activities aimed at maintaining the economic and social stability of the condominium, attending to residents, presenting monthly financial statements, issuing receipts, executing and supervising maintenance tasks, handling delinquency, software management, among others. Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 6:00pm. Benefits include small business regime (50%) and inclusion in payroll starting from the first day.
