Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at the IQF plant. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes safe working conditions and prevents incidents. 2. Leads SSOMA management and ensures legal compliance. 3. Conducts inspections, audits, and trains personnel. We are seeking an SSOMA supervisor to guarantee compliance with Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) regulations, promoting safe and healthy working conditions, preventing accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses within the IQF plant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure implementation of the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (SSOMA) system at the IQF plant. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures (IPERC). * Supervise proper use of **PPE** and safe working conditions. * Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, preparing reports and action plans. * Train personnel on OSH topics, inductions, and safety talks. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations (Law No. 29783 and its regulations). * Coordinate with production, maintenance, and HR departments for SSOMA control. * Conduct inspections, internal audits, and monitoring of indicators. **Requirements:** * Professional or technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor, preferably in **IQF plants or** agro-industrial facilities. * Knowledge of the **OSH Law**, SUNAFIL, and applicable regulations. * OSH courses or certifications (preferred). * Proficiency in reporting, IPERC matrices, and safety procedures. * Availability for on-site work and rotating shifts (if applicable).
