**PRAMA INGENIEROS SAC**, a leading company in the road signage sector, is seeking a **Logistics Assistant / Coordinator** to join the operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating logistics processes such as receiving, storage, preparation, and distribution of goods. The candidate must have knowledge in foreign trade and customs; coordinating and analyzing in detail import logistics operations, among others; with a high level of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the complete purchasing process, from quotation to purchase order issuance. * Manage and track imports: shipments, documentation, arrival dates, and coordination with customs agents. * Negotiate with national and international suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery time conditions. * Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper receipt and dispatch of goods. * Perform logistics cost analysis and identify improvement opportunities. * Maintain an updated database of suppliers and products. * Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely supply. * Control strategic inventories and replenishments. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of import processes, international documentation, and customs regulations. * Proficiency in office tools (intermediate/advanced Excel) and ERP systems. * Intermediate or advanced English (reading and writing commercial documents). * Strong negotiation, organizational, and effective communication skills. **Valued Skills:** * Experience in international procurement and direct interaction with foreign suppliers. * Knowledge in inventory management and stock control. * Prior experience leading teams or supervising logistics personnel. **Interested?** Send your updated CV to: n.padilla@pramaingenieros.com.pe Subject: "Postulación Logística \- (Your name) Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site
