Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook to prepare food, develop menus, and maintain hygiene, ensuring quality and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive attitude, commitment, and responsibility COOK - LOGISMINSA - VENTANILLA MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare food according to the planned schedule, ensuring compliance with food handling regulations to guarantee food safety * Develop the monthly menu or cyclical menu in coordination with the Nutritionist, Logistics Manager, Operations Manager, or whoever AMERICAN CATERING S.A.C. designates as its representative * Prepare cold dishes, appetizers, soups, and side dishes included in the corresponding menu * Grill meats according to customer requests, meeting their expectations * Prepare marinades and thaw products according to the day's sales forecast * Perform daily rotation of supplies and products, ensuring their freshness and quality * Maintain general cleanliness of the work area, and clean and disinfect restrooms and/or storage passageways, as well as cleaning waste bins at the collection center, etc. * Additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor Requirements: * National Identity Document (DNI) * Health Certificate (Carnet de Sanidad) * Proactive attitude, commitment, and responsibility Don’t miss the opportunity to join the AMERICAN CATERING SAC team!
