Daily planning and ensuring transporter availability We are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of **Dispatch Coordinator**, whose role will focus on coordinating, supervising, and optimizing dispatch and distribution processes—ensuring on-time delivery, documentation control, proper resource management, and collaboration with involved departments—to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Job Responsibilities:** \- Plan daily dispatch schedules, coordinating with warehouse and sales teams on all aspects related to customer deliveries, ensuring compliance. \- Manage transporters to ensure vehicle availability and optimal service levels. \- Update the database with daily scheduling information and verify required documentation for each dispatch. \- Maintain physical and digital archives of dispatch documentation. \- Record dispatch information in the system and generate productivity, operations, and compliance reports. \- Report dispatch outcomes to the sales team. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** \- Graduate of Technical or University programs in Administration or Industrial Engineering. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dispatch/Distribution/Warehouse/Logistics. \- Core technical knowledge in Dispatch and Logistics Management. \- Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly. \- Availability to work onsite in Ventanilla. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment registration from the first day of work. \- Statutory salary benefits. \- Excellent working environment. \- Commuting assistance (Pte.
