**Functions** * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Zoho ecosystem * Develop applications, workflows, functions, and automations in Zoho Creator and Zoho Deluge. * Configure, customize, and manage Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications according to user department needs. * Integrate Zoho with other systems through APIs or connectors (REST, Webhooks, Zapier, Make, etc.). * Create reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics or other tools within the environment. * Conduct testing, technical documentation, and deployment of developments. * Train key users on the use and utilization of implemented applications. * Provide technical support for existing Zoho solutions. * And other functions inherent to the job position and as determined by their immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields * Minimum of two (02) years in similar or related positions. (mandatory) * Programming in Deluge Script (mandatory) * Proficiency with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and related modules * SQL database knowledge (desirable) * Experience in process automation and CRM projects **Benefits** * Gross salary of s/ 2,500 * Payroll registration under Microenterprise **Schedule and Location** * Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm) * Saturday (8:30 am to 1:00 pm) * Av.
