Job Summary: We are seeking a Fuel Dispatcher/Access Control Operator to supervise and assist in fuel dispatch and access control at a refinery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Authorization and control of tanker entry/exit. 2. Advising and guiding drivers on the service flow. 3. Verification and sealing of tankers for dispatch. We are looking for a Fuel Dispatcher/Access Control Operator for our refinery located in Ventanilla, Callao - Peru Job Details: Location: Ventanilla, Callao - Peru Schedule: 12 hours per day - 48 hours per week - from 7 AM to 7 PM Transportation is provided from strategic points to the plant. Responsibilities: Authorization of tanker entry into the plant. Receiving customers at the Control Post and issuing loading authorizations. Control of tanker keys and advising drivers at dispatch islands. Verification of product levels in tanker compartments and control of proper coloration. Sealing of tankers and authorization for exit. Delivery of dispatch orders to drivers. Guidance and resolution of driver inquiries regarding the service flow. Providing instructions to drivers conducting their first loading at the plant. Retention of driver licenses or national IDs (DNI) and issuance of Internal Identification Cards. Indicating tanker parking locations within the parking zone. Delivering thematic briefings, brochures, and recommendations to drivers. Other activities related to driver guidance and assistance (subject to prior approval by RELAPASA). . Control of tanker truck entries and exits for fuel filling and dispatch Direct interaction with customers for route guidance Verification, breaking, and replacement of tanker seals for dispatch execution Issuance and control of documents for tanker entry and exit Requirements: 1 year of experience in similar positions Experience in tanker truck dispatch control within the Petroleum, Oil & Gas, and Fishing–Hydrobiological sectors (e.g., fish oil, fats, etc.) Experience in refineries or fuel stations Residence in areas adjacent to the project: Ventanilla, Gambetta, Mi Perú, Callao, Puente Piedra, Ancón, etc. Conditions: 12-month contract Uniforms, PPEs, insurance, equipment, and other statutory benefits will be provided. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary Education 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator
