




Our Official Headquarters of Club Universitario de Deportes – Puente Piedra Branch, specialized in Football and Volleyball Schools, is looking to incorporate into our **Marketing** team a **Trafiker & Community Manager** with creative talent, analytical skills, and passion for social media. **Main Responsibilities:** · Efficiently manage the company's brand digital presence through organic and paid posts. · Propose, set up, and launch advertising campaigns on **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, YouTube**, among others. · Plan digital advertising and brand growth strategies. · Develop and execute the **organic content calendar**. · Monitor and optimize digital campaigns based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI). · Define and segment target audiences to maximize results. · Manage the **digital advertising budget**, ensuring efficient usage. · Generate performance reports and identify improvement opportunities. · Conduct **A/B testing** to improve copy, creatives, and audience segmentation. · Respond to and manage follower interactions on social media. · Support **live streaming and audiovisual content creation** (streaming). · Appear on camera when required. · Provide support in various Marketing department activities. **Requirements:** · Technical or university degree in **Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields**. · **Training or certifications** in Digital Marketing, Facebook Blueprint, ad targeting, strategic copywriting, etc. · **Proven experience** managing campaigns on **Facebook Ads, TikTok, YouTube**, and other platforms. · Experience creating awareness, lead generation, and follower growth ads. · Desired experience in the **education sector or personal branding**. · Proficiency with analytical tools to interpret metrics and results.
