We are seeking a graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Obstetrics with experience in customer service, gynecological clinics, call centers, and sales for medical support and administrative functions.

***Requirements:***
* Graduate or bachelor's degree in Obstetrics.
* One year of in-person customer service experience.
* **Experience in gynecological medical clinics.**
* **Knowledge of CALL CENTER operations**
* **Sales experience**
* Responding to and routing messages received via social media (FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK, WHATSAPP)
* Intermediate or higher-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (IMPORTANT)

* *Support in gynecological procedures.*
* *Laboratory sample collection.*
* *Patient reception and guidance.*
* *Application of contraceptive methods.*
* Typing of ultrasound reports.
* *Database management.*
* *Patient acquisition and follow-up.*
* Participating in content creation for social media.
* *Scheduling and managing medical appointments via phone or digital platforms.*
