We are currently seeking TALENT for the position of **Academic Tutor**. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Monitor student grades, identifying areas of greatest and least difficulty. * Conduct brief 10- to 15-minute conversations with students at the start of their activities. * Oversee classroom instruction, discipline, and teaching materials. * Grade exams using the academy’s virtual application. * Print teaching materials for classroom use. * Maintain communication with parents, updating them on their children’s progress. * Conduct individual student counseling sessions (ongoing training provided by the psychologist). * Serve as the liaison between students, administration, and teachers. **Requirements:** * University students in final semesters or graduates in Psychology, Education, Social Work, and/or Law (not mandatory). * Proficiency in Office applications, Google Drive, and spreadsheets. * Must have prior tutoring experience in pre-university or university academies. **Benefits:** * Training at our Tutor School * Pleasant working environment **Salary: S/1300.00** Schedule: Monday to Saturday (7:30 am to 5:30 pm). **Location:** Next to the sports field, Calle Las Violetas Mz.D1 \- Lt.13, Puente Piedra 15116 Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
