The primary responsibility will be to support the receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of merchandise, ensuring compliance with the company’s established safety, organization, and quality standards. The **Warehouse Assistant** plays an essential role in the logistics department, ensuring that loading, unloading, inventory, and distribution processes are carried out efficiently and promptly, directly contributing to business operational effectiveness. **Responsibilities:** · Perform loading and unloading of merchandise. · Support periodic inventory counts. · Receive and verify incoming merchandise. · Store and organize merchandise appropriately. · Carry out picking of requested materials according to work orders. · Maintain the workplace in clean and orderly conditions. · Comply with defined standards for receiving, storage, and dispatch. · Adhere to internal safety and operational rules and procedures. · Carry out other duties assigned by management. **Requirements:** · Completed secondary education (mandatory). · Proven experience as a warehouse loader (minimum 3 months in warehouses). · Residence in areas near Callao (preferred). · Good physical condition and willingness to perform loading and unloading tasks. · Honest, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills. **Benefits:** · Timely payments. · Market-competitive salary. · Compensation commensurate with experience. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. · Overtime pay.
