**Cleam Ambiental**, an environmental waste management company, is currently seeking a **Welder's Assistant**. We are looking for a responsible individual with basic knowledge in metalwork and willingness to support maintenance tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our activities. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or basic technical training. * 6 months to 1 year of experience assisting in welding or maintaining metal structures. * Basic knowledge of cutting, grinding, and surface preparation tools. * Availability to work in Ventanilla. * Commitment to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist the welder in assembling, welding, and repairing metal structures. * Prepare materials, surfaces, and equipment required for assigned tasks. * Perform grinding, cleaning, and basic painting tasks. * Maintain workplace organization and ensure proper tool usage. * Strictly comply with safety and environmental regulations. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * **Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.** **We Offer:** * Formal employment from day one with statutory benefits. * Timely biweekly payments. * Ongoing training and growth opportunities. * Positive work environment and continuous technical support.
