**Cleam Ambiental**, a company dedicated to comprehensive waste management, is looking for a Welding Assistant to join its maintenance team. We are seeking responsible individuals focused on safe work practices and willing to learn and assist in metalworking tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or basic technical training. * 6 months to 1 year of experience assisting in welding or maintenance of metal structures. * Basic knowledge of cutting, grinding, and surface preparation tools. * Availability to work in Ventanilla. * Compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards (SSOMA). **Main responsibilities:** * Assist the welder in assembling, welding, and repairing metal structures. * Prepare materials, surfaces, and equipment according to assigned tasks. * Perform grinding, cleaning, and basic painting tasks. * Keep the work area organized and ensure proper use of tools and equipment. * Strictly follow safety and environmental procedures. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **We offer:** * Formal employment from day one with all legal benefits. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth within the department. * Job stability and continuous technical support. * A safe working environment focused on employee development.
