We are a Peruvian company in the industrial hardware sector and are currently looking for 01 **WELDING ASSISTANT** to join our team. Requirements: * Minimum 5 months of experience as a **WELDING ASSISTANT**. * Knowledge of electric arc welding (SMAW), MIG welding, and/or basic metalworking tasks. * Basic blueprint reading (OPTIONAL). * Responsible, proactive, and willing to work collaboratively. * Must reside in Northern Lima. Responsibilities: * Perform welding tasks according to technical specifications. * Prepare materials and tools prior to welding. * Inspect the quality and finish of welded parts. * Comply with industrial safety standards. * Assist in cutting, assembly, and structural metal fabrication. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
