Job Description: **Job Objective** Plan, supervise, and optimize plant production processes, ensuring achievement of operational targets, quality standards, and efficient resource utilization through comprehensive management of the production process and proactive team leadership, aligned with principles of industrial management and production. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily production operations, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and productivity. * Plan production considering installed capacity, available resources, and deadline compliance. * Lead, train, and develop operational staff, promoting order, discipline, safety, and teamwork. * Monitor adherence to production plans, scheduled timelines, and performance levels. * Propose and implement improvements in production and operational processes, focusing on quality, waste reduction, and cost optimization. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure integrated production process management. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and quality standards. * Prepare production reports and monitor management indicators. * Apply analysis of productive and competitive environmental forces (FORCAS / Porter's Forces) for operational and strategic decision-making. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree, graduate, or technical diploma in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Administration. * Minimum 5 years of experience as production supervisor or head of production in a plant. * Strong capability in production process planning, organization, and control. * Experience in leadership, training, and operational staff management. * Knowledge of continuous improvement, productivity, and process analysis. * Ability to apply environmental and competitive force analysis (FORCAS). * Proactive, organized individual with initiative and results orientation. * Willingness to work on-site.
