Job Summary: We are seeking an A2B Truck Driver for distribution in Lima and Provinces, responsible for transporting and delivering goods, as well as maintaining the vehicle. Key Highlights: 1. Driving trucks weighing 3 to 12 tons AVICOLA LIDER CHICKEN S.A.C., a leading company in the poultry sector, is currently seeking an **A2B Truck Driver** for distribution in Lima and Provinces. **Requirements:** * Driver's License: **Valid A2B license with no serious traffic violations.** * Experience: Minimum 2 years of certified experience. * Knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety rules. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Availability to work flexible hours. * **Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off per week.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Transport and deliver goods from the Distribution Center to various locations across Lima. * Conduct trips outside Lima according to the monthly schedule. * Drive trucks weighing 3 to 12 tons. * Plan services safely and efficiently. * Meet established deadlines and ensure timely service execution. * Maintain the vehicle and equipment in good working condition. * Keep accurate records of kilometers driven and driving time. **Working Conditions and Benefits:** * Objective-based schedule: ***Start at 8:00 am until 5:00 pm*** * Salary: **Base (S/ 1,800\) \+ Mobility Bonus (S/ 200\) \=** **Fixed S/ 2,000.** * Additional: **Performance bonus per provincial trip (Variable)** * Enrollment in **MYPE Regime Payroll** (EsSalud, Christmas Bonus, Compensatory Time Off, 15 days of vacation). ***APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS*** * Send a documented CV to logistica@avicolaliderchiken.com * Application Deadline: 24/03/2026 **CATEGORY** * LOGISTICS Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,300\.00 per month Experience: * One: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
