Opportunity for professional development in logistics-mining projects **LOGISMINSA**, a company specialized in logistics-mining services, is currently seeking a **Construction Projects Assistant**. ✅ **Job Mission:** Contribute to the construction, implementation, and maintenance of storage infrastructure with Quality, Safety, and environmental care, ensuring continuity of services and the productive supply chain process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform construction and infrastructure maintenance activities related to excavation, soil compaction, formwork, steel reinforcement preparation, concrete production, masonry, surface finishing, flooring, slabs, water systems, drainage, sewerage, metallic structure construction, painting, lifting operations, and infrastructure repair. * Prepare materials for formwork. * Prepare reinforcing steel for various structures (e.g., catch basins, inspection chambers, columns, beams). * Finish structures (e.g., painting, ceramic tile installation, porcelain tile installation, mosaic tiling). * Repair floors, walls, and ceilings in infrastructure and metallic structures. * Assist in loading excavated material onto loaders for transport to temporary stockpile areas. * Excavate trenches. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a construction assistant or in similar roles * Availability to work Monday through Saturday **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. // Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Benefits** * Full payroll registration from day one. * 100% covered meals. * Commuting bus service. * Corporate benefits.
