Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant to ensure adequate service supply, manage payments, and supervise projects, cleaning, and security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages essential services, payments, and construction projects 2. Supervises facility operations and private security 3. Develops and monitors the Preventive Maintenance Plan At Manuchar Logistics, part of the Manuchar Group with headquarters in Belgium, we are looking for a **General Services Assistant** for our **Ventanilla** branch. **What will be my challenges?** * Ensure proper supply of services provided by electricity, water, and telecommunications companies. * Monitor timely payment of basic utilities and municipal taxes. * Supervise cleaning service contracting. * Supervise execution of medium-scale construction projects. * Ensure facility operational readiness: infrastructure, electricity, vehicles, tools. * Develop and monitor the Preventive Maintenance Plan for infrastructure. * Supervise and coordinate contracted private security and vehicle guarding services. **Who is our ideal candidate?** * Professionals in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of project management and Facility Management. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Availability to work at the Ventanilla branch.
