Requirements: * University graduates in Sanitary Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. * Experience in this field or position. (Mandatory). * Relevant experience as a Supervisor or Coordinating Resident Engineer on-site. * Personnel management skills. * Knowledge of sanitary installation systems. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD. * Advanced Microsoft Excel, MS PROJECT. * Costing and budgeting. * Quantity take-offs. * Analysis of technical files. * Drawing compatibility verification. * REVIT (BIM) (desirable). Responsibilities: * Monitoring and supervision of sanitary installations. * Control and supervision of material quality and implementation processes. * Preparation of daily reports and work plans. * Coordination with technical and operations departments. * Preparation of technical reports and valuations. * Alerting the Project Engineer about field constraints encountered. * Control and supervision of compliance with project drawings and technical specifications outlined in the project technical file. * Control and analysis of schedules and/or work plans to support achievement of planned objectives.
