




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to handle accounting transaction recording and analysis, bank reconciliations, preparation of accounting books, and support in tax filings. Ongoing training and career path Position Details * **Position:** Accounting Assistant * **Location:** Los Olivos, Lima (Proximity to the area is preferred) * **Work Mode:** On-site, Full-time * **Start Date:** Immediate Main Responsibilities * Recording and analyzing daily accounting transactions (purchases, sales, income, expenses). * Performing bank and account reconciliations. * Preparing accounting books and auxiliary records (physical and electronic, PLE). * Supporting the preparation and submission of monthly tax returns (IGV, Income Tax) to SUNAT. * Managing accounting documentation and filing. * Assisting in the preparation of financial statements. * Handling deductions, withholdings, and collections. Profile Requirements * **Education:** Technical or Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles. * **Strong Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of current Peruvian tax and accounting regulations. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP accounting systems (e.g., CONCAR, SAP B1, etc., if applicable). * **Skills:** Analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. * **Availability:** Immediate availability for full-time work in Los Olivos.
