Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations, ensure equipment availability, safety standards, and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development and ongoing training We are currently looking for a **Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor** to lead heavy machinery maintenance operations, ensuring equipment availability, compliance with safety standards, and operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Heavy Machinery Mechanics or a professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Registered and licensed (preferred). * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in heavy machinery maintenance. * Minimum of **2 years** of supervisory experience. * Experience with **Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo**, or similar brands. * Experience in mining and/or construction projects. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Experience with maintenance management systems (Odoo, SAP, or CMMS) (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and lead the technical maintenance team. * Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet. * Coordinate responses to mechanical failures and emergencies. * Verify repair quality before equipment handover. * Monitor repair turnaround times and personnel productivity. * Manage spare parts requisitions and coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse. * Prepare maintenance reports and KPIs. * Coordinate with Operations and clients regarding equipment status. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) procedures. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fleet availability. **Competencies** * Leadership and team management. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Decision-making ability. * Proactivity, commitment, and accountability. **We Offer** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Ongoing training. * Market-competitive remuneration. **Work Location:** **Marcona – Ica** Project: Shougang Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): \* Do you hold a technical or university degree in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields? \* How many years of experience do you have in heavy machinery maintenance? * Have you served as a Maintenance Supervisor or led technical teams? * What is your salary expectation?
