Position Summary: We are seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the execution of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection and corrective welding maintenance services at PSR (Satellite Regasification Plants) in North and South Arequipa. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead NDT inspection and welding maintenance services. 2. Supervise technical team and coordinate with the client. 3. Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality standards. We are currently seeking a **Service Supervisor** to lead the execution of **Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection and corrective welding maintenance services** at Satellite Regasification Plants (PSR) in North and South Arequipa. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the execution of NDT inspection services (VT, PT, UT). * Coordinate corrective maintenance activities for welds. * Verify compliance with technical standards, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Manage and supervise the field technical team. * Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and close-out documentation. * Ensure proper application of procedures and traceability of results. * Coordinate with client supervision and project stakeholders. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with active professional registration and license (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience supervising industrial maintenance services. Experience in hydrocarbon plants, mining, or industrial processes is desirable, as is experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services. * **Technical Knowledge:** NDT regulations: VT, PT, UT; interpretation of codes and standards (ASME, AWS, API, ISO); quality control and welding inspection; industrial safety and risk management. ***Diversity and Inclusion:** Our organization promotes an inclusive and diverse culture aligned with current regulations, fostering equal opportunities for all individuals.
