Accounting Assistant

**Academic Background**: Technical degree in accounting and finance, administration, or related fields. **Requirements / Knowledge**: * Intermediate level SAP proficiency. * Intermediate to Advanced level Office skills. * Ability to manage indicators. * Generate bank payments. * Experience handling accounting accounts. * Experience generating parameters for mass retention payments. * 6 months of experience in similar positions. **Specific Functions**: * Prepare petty cash reconciliation, record it in SAP, and detail its transactions. * Send the daily delinquent accounts report to the sales department. * Issue checks and process the corresponding signatures. * Manage checks authorized for loans to affiliates and shareholders. * Perform operational tasks related to processing financial products such as bill discounting, loans, guarantee letters, factoring, among others with banking institutions. * Maintain a record of financial transactions and safeguard related documents. * Monitor customer advance payments and reconcile information with sales. * Control promissory notes, whether in portfolio or under discount. * Receive and file supplier and customer invoices, verifying that they contain the appropriate approvals. * Make payments to suppliers, retention deductions, SUNAT, AFP, among others. * Carry out collections management for customer invoices. * Monitor import payments to ensure funding availability and timely payment. * File and maintain various documents and contracts in order. * Manage obtaining expense invoices for the corporate credit card. * Verify compliance with liquidations for cash advances provided for reimbursement by users. * Receive and archive files by sales order, verifying customer purchase order, SAP sales order, invoice, and delivery slip. * Record payments and withholdings for accounts receivable in the SAP system. * Comply with workplace safety and health regulations and use provided safety equipment as required. * Support solid waste management and recycling initiatives within the company, along with necessary environmental protection measures. **Benefits**: * Payroll registration from day one (General Regime). * Bi-weekly payments. * Job stability. * Life Insurance as per legal requirements. * Pleasant work environment.
