Lead and coordinate technical teams in the laboratory An industrial company manufacturing Sanitary Products is seeking a Quality Coordinator responsible for managing and supervising physicochemical analytical processes, ensuring compliance with established technical and regulatory standards. Main Responsibilities: * Implement the Quality Control area's Management System. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise physicochemical analyses conducted in the laboratory. * Coordinate task distribution among the technical team and ensure adherence to response time requirements. * Supervise the quality and reliability of issued results, ensuring traceability. * Develop management indicators and ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures. * Promote continuous improvement of analytical processes. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control within industrial plants. * Residence in areas near San Juan de Miraflores (Industrial Zone).
