Technical Support and Data Management: Support database administration, ensuring data integrity and availability. Execute custom queries and generate tailored reports for various organizational departments. Carry out and verify backups according to the company’s information security policies. Manage user access to company platforms and shared resources. **REQUIREMENTS** Academic Background: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science. Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or junior programming roles. Proven experience using programming languages and database management.
