**Job Description** We are looking for **Recruiters with vision and initiative**, interested in being part of a growing team specialized in **recruitment processes for international job opportunities between Peru and Spain**. We are seeking individuals with **innovative ideas**, a passion for challenges, and the ability to work with nationwide advertising campaigns. **Responsibilities** * Posting and managing job openings. * Screening, contacting, and pre-selecting candidates for international processes. * Coordinating virtual interviews and tracking applicants. * Participating in recruitment strategies and advertising campaigns. * Daily reporting and meeting weekly targets. **Benefits** * **Base salary:** S/ 1,200 per month. * **Commissions:** S/ 100 per hired candidate. * **Contract:** * First 3 months: **Service invoice (receipt for honorariums)**. * Afterwards: **Contract subject to renewal based on performance**. * Growth opportunities within the company. * Excellent work environment and continuous training. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. * **48 hours per week.** **Location** San Miguel, Lima, Peru. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Experience in recruitment (desirable, not essential). * Proactive, creative, and results-oriented. * Strong communication skills with candidates. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. * Basic proficiency in digital tools.
