MARINE CONSULTANTS S.A.C., a company specialized in inspection, certification, loading and unloading of hydrocarbons and products in general, is seeking professionals for the position of Scheme Manager with the following profile: Requirements * Bachelor's degree or higher in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the agricultural sector or in certification processes. * Training in ISO/IEC 17065, Lead Auditor (ISO 19011) and knowledge of GLOBALG.A.P. * Intermediate English level (advanced level desirable). * Availability to travel. Main responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise certification processes (GLOBALG.A.P., GRASP, FSMA, among others). * Review and make certification decisions within the authorized scope. * Maintain direct communication with GLOBALG.A.P. and other standards. * Train and monitor auditors and inspectors. * Ensure compliance with standards, procedures and management systems. * Participate in continuous improvement activities and quality management.
