Key Responsibilities: Support and administration of business applications. Implement, document, and maintain telecommunications systems, network infrastructure, and appropriate connectivity solutions for secure and efficient information flow to facilitate operations and decision-making processes. Establish and provide high assurance of stability and reliability of systems and networks across offices. Evaluate and deploy new operating systems, standard WVIH applications, and new connectivity technologies. Perform system maintenance and ensure proper system operation within offices. Ensure personnel across all offices have access to network resources. Establish and maintain appropriate security systems that protect data, networks, and systems against internal and external threats. This will include physical and logical security solutions such as biometric access control, network firewall systems, Active Directory security, antivirus, antispam, antispyware, and personal firewalls. Set up and maintain ICT infrastructure monitoring and reporting systems; enabling preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate at optimal levels. Ensure appropriate documentation is completed daily for all routine tasks related to problem resolution. Implement and maintain personal productivity tools such as desktop computers, laptops, corporate mobile phones, and software-based productivity tools including Outlook email, office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, among others. This also includes upgrading existing systems in accordance with NO standards and GCIT guidelines. Manage all support requests and emails in the HelpDesk (ITSupport) system. Assign requests to the technical support team. SLA commitments are met or exceeded. At least two years of experience in such systems* In-depth knowledge of design, implementation, and troubleshooting of systems and networks. * Strong technical knowledge and skills in Windows server network management, LAN/WAN installation and configuration, voice systems (PBX), Lotus Notes and Outlook, server administration.
