




Leading company in the engineering education sector is looking for a qualified professional to fill the position of IT Support Manager – On-site Experience: * 3 to 4 years in similar positions (Coordinator, Head or Manager of IT). * Desired experience in educational institutions (support for laboratory equipment). Knowledge: * Windows Server 2022 administration (AD, DNS, DHCP). * Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure). * Network configuration, structured cabling, firewall and IP PBX. * Corporate email platforms (POP3, Office 365). * Antivirus consoles. * PC maintenance and repair. * Project management using agile methodologies. * Intermediate English (reading and understanding technical manuals). Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise technical support to users (on-site and remote). * Manage and maintain technological infrastructure. * Manage backup plans, contingency and service continuity. * Configure and monitor networks, firewalls and IP PBX. * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage IT vendors, SLA compliance and warranties. * Provide support for equipment and laboratories in educational environments. * Lead IT projects applying agile methodologies. * Ensure security and updates of email and antivirus platforms.
