The company's "eyes and ears" role in the mining project. **Job Description** A mining-sector company is seeking a **Field Technical\-Operational Representative** to support and represent the company in daily activities of a mining project located in the **Espinar, Cusco** area, related to **iron ore**. We seek a candidate with a technical, operational, and practical profile, experienced in mining, logistics, mineral transportation, field operations, or similar activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for on-site monitoring, coordination of operational activities, verification of information, support in basic quality controls, and reporting to the company on operational progress. This position requires a responsible, reliable, organized individual capable of solving problems in the field. **Key Responsibilities** * Represent the company on-site during the project's operational activities. * Coordinate and supervise daily activities related to mining operations. * Support logistics for transportation, loading, unloading, dispatch, and movement of materials. * Monitor iron ore, volumes, weighings, dispatches, and operational documentation. * Coordinate with transporters, operators, local suppliers, and personnel involved in the project. * Verify that operations are conducted in an orderly, safe, and efficient manner. * Support basic quality control of the ore, including observation, classification, sampling, or verification as required. * Report daily progress, incidents, needs, risks, and any other relevant information to company management. * Maintain constant communication with the company regarding the status of on-site activities. * Support resolution of operational issues arising during project execution. **Requirements** * Reside in **Espinar, Cusco**, or nearby areas. * Experience in mining, field operations, logistics, transportation, warehousing, machinery, material control, or similar activities. * Technical and practical profile, with ability to work directly in the field. * Basic knowledge of mining operations, material transportation, or mineral handling. * Valid driver's license. * Availability for field work. * Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. * Responsible, proactive, reliable, and results-oriented individual. **Additional Qualifications (Preferred)** * Prior experience with **iron ore** or other minerals. * Knowledge of **quality control**, sampling, weighing, classification, or verification of ore. * Experience coordinating transportation of minerals or heavy materials. * Familiarity with suppliers, transporters, or services in the Espinar area. * Basic or intermediate English proficiency. **Ideal Candidate Profile** We seek an individual who can serve as the company's "eyes and ears" on-site.
