Read more: careers.bms.com/working\-with\-us . **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote approved indications for BMS products within assigned territories or regions to achieve or exceed specified sales targets in a compliant manner. * Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating, in a balanced way, the clinical and scientific rationale for using the product in appropriate patients. * Maintain and continuously develop/expand high-level scientific expertise across all assigned products and therapeutic areas. * Prepare and successfully execute comprehensive regional and account plans. * Proactively use available tools to gain insights and dynamically inform call planning. * Provide feedback to leadership on experiences using these tools to enable continuous improvement. * Demonstrate scientific expertise and enthusiasm by delivering information to HCPs using approved scientific resources and publications, ensuring medical accuracy. * Conduct office-based presentations (e.g., lunch-and-learn sessions) and discuss product-related scientific information consistent with the label with HCPs. * Organize external speaker programs, select speakers from the Speakers Bureau-approved list, and facilitate scheduling and logistics. * Maintain a high level of working expertise regarding emerging data in approved indications. * Participate in real-time medical support to passively respond to actively raised questions and complex technical inquiries. * Collaborate proactively with other field teams to ensure optimal customer experience (Cx) for HCPs. * Collect relevant insights and information internally and share them with appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers. * Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies governing BMS conduct. *If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
