This position is located in *Guangzhou, Guangdong, on-site work only*. Where will you create value? * **Prepare samples according to production formulas and process requirements, including raw material preheating, handling, charging, pumping, and mixing.** * **Operate production equipment such as homogenizers and centrifuges, and conduct related quality control tasks including particle size testing.** * **Perform sample filtration, filling, packaging, and finished goods receipt in accordance with packaging instructions.** * **Accurately complete production and packaging records, document leftover materials and yield loss, and handle related transactions in the **SAP system.** * **Perform raw material and finished goods repackaging per business needs, supporting inter-plant material borrowing requests and material shipping processes.** * **Assist the sample coordinator with sample dispatch, repackaging, and related logistics coordination.** * **Strictly comply with **GMP, HACCP, quality management systems, and operational procedures to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.** * **Participate in **5S and continuous improvement initiatives, and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.** Why are you the ideal candidate? * **High school, vocational high school, technical secondary school, or associate degree (or higher).** * **Production operation experience in manufacturing, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, personal care, or related industries.** * **Ability to adapt to a production-floor working environment and perform moderate physical labor.** * **Ability to perform production operations per work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).** * **Basic equipment operation capability and willingness to learn about production equipment and processes.** * **Basic data recording and documentation skills.** * **Strong teamwork and communication skills.** * **Strong safety awareness, quality consciousness, and sense of responsibility; strict adherence to **EHS requirements.** How can you stand out? * Prior experience in cosmetics, fragrance & flavor, food, pharmaceuticals, or fine chemical industries is preferred. * Prior experience with SAP system operation or production order processing is preferred. * Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
