Where will you create value? * **Perform配料, mixing, and equipment operation for sample production orders, including raw material preheating, charging, pumping, stirring, and operating homogenizers, centrifuges, and other equipment.** * **Conduct particle size testing and process control during sample production per process requirements to ensure sample quality meets specifications.** * **Prepare for sample packaging, including verification of packaging instructions, calibration of electronic scales, and inspection of packaging containers.** * **Complete sample filtration, filling, packaging, and finished goods receipt, and accurately complete related production and packaging records.** * **Handle SAP system-related tasks, including production order and sample packaging transaction processing.** * **Perform raw material or finished goods repackaging per business needs, and support inter-factory material borrowing and sample shipping activities.** * **Assist the Sample Coordinator with sample dispatch, re-packaging, and related logistics support.** * **Comply with EHS, GMP, HACCP, and quality management requirements; actively participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives; and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.** Why are you the ideal candidate? * **High school, vocational high school, technical secondary school, or associate degree or higher; majors in chemistry, food science, pharmacy, biotechnology, or related fields preferred.** * **Experience in manufacturing, formulation, packaging, or warehousing.** * **Ability to perform production and packaging operations per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).** * **Basic mechanical equipment operation skills, with capacity to learn and operate production equipment.** * **Familiarity with basic calculations and record-keeping requirements; ability to accurately complete production records.** * **Strong teamwork and communication skills.** * **Strong safety and quality awareness; strict adherence to company EHS and quality management requirements.** * **Ability to adapt to production floor working conditions and support production and sample-related tasks per business needs.** How will you stand out? * Prior experience in cosmetics, fragrance & flavor, food, pharmaceuticals, or chemical industries is preferred. * Prior experience with SAP system operation or production order processing is preferred. * Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, 5S, or Lean Production management systems is preferred.
