Opportunity for professional development in high-impact projects On behalf of our client, **LUMAT Construcciones**, we are seeking a professional to lead the **Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Management System**, ensuring regulatory compliance and reinforcing a preventive culture throughout the organization. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree-holding, licensed, and registered professional in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * **Reside in or be available to work in Juliaca (location reference is actual job site).** * Knowledge of integrated management systems (ISO standards). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within construction or retail sectors (4 years preferred). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel nationwide. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead and supervise the integrated SSOMA management at offices and construction sites. * Ensure compliance with PASST (Peruvian Occupational Safety and Health Standard), applicable laws, and management system standards. * Review safety plans, PETS (Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans), IPERC matrices (Identification, Prevention, Evaluation, and Risk Control), and environmental aspects. * Manage incidents, audits, and ensure implementation of corrective actions. * Define KPIs, objectives, and budget for the department. * Coordinate with site teams, SST committees (Occupational Safety and Health Committees), and internal departments. * Provide technical support and ensure continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (ISO). **CORE COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and team management * Effective communication * Results orientation * Teamwork **BENEFITS** * Competitive market-aligned remuneration * Professional development opportunities * Participation in high-impact projects * Positive work environment **If you are interested in taking on this challenge and growing within a dynamic, expanding construction-sector company, we invite you to apply and join our team.** **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Modality:** On-site – Juliaca Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500.00 – S/.3,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
