**What are we looking for?** * \- Completed secondary education. * \- Proven 03 years of experience operating CARMIX or MIXER. * \- Training and Certification in handling CARMIX 3\.5 or 5\.5 (concrete mixer truck). * \- Valid A2 driver's license with at least three years of validity. * \- Availability to work in Moquegua at 5200 meters above sea level. * \- Project\-based contract under the 20 x 10 regime. * \- Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Safely operate the CARMIX and handle equipment controls under pressure to lift, transport, and position vehicles and objects. * Apply technical knowledge to properly manipulate and operate equipment and materials. * Perform checks, recognize symbols, warning categories, and gauge ranges on the equipment. * Conduct routine equipment inspections and complete service reports and required documentation. * Maintain constant communication with operations personnel, provide necessary information, and ensure proper equipment handover. **Benefits:** * Payroll inclusion as subcontractor. * Statutory benefits. * Mine transportation coverage. * Performance bonuses.
