




Job Summary: Lead shift assignments, supervise work execution, and control the use of equipment and explosives in mining. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in task assignment and supervision of mining operations. 2. Control and optimization of resources such as equipment and explosives. 3. Focus on compliance with safety standards and cost control. RESPONSIBILITIES Direct shift assignments during your shift, providing necessary resources for assigned tasks. Report work activities falling outside the cost structure. Supervise and control work execution, enforcing compliance with PETS and established Standards. Delegate work responsibilities to your foreman following prior training. Issue work orders and Continuous IPERC documents, listing names of personnel assigned to the task. Monitor usage and efficiency of mining equipment. Strictly control explosive usage. Maintain records of drilling and blasting activities (e.g., drill bits, sharpening, blast hole layout, explosives, etc.). REQUIREMENTS University degree and professional license. Minimum 5–8 years’ certified experience in mechanized mining. Knowledge of costs, safety, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in KPI management.
