Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer/Geologist with experience in production and geotechnical engineering to direct construction activities, manage resources and personnel, and report daily production. Job Description: **Profile:** * Civil Engineer / Geologist or related field \- University graduate, licensed, registered, and authorized to practice. * Minimum 3 years of experience in production areas. * Specialized geotechnical experience with knowledge of earthworks, slope stabilization, and civil works. * Advanced Office, AutoCAD, MS Project. **Responsibilities:** * Direct all preparatory actions for construction execution. * Prepare and notify the list of requirements, labor, and subcontracting items in the budget. * Review, develop, and administer personnel and equipment scheduling, oriented toward achieving efficiency and productivity in each process. * Execute daily production reporting, as well as modifications and changes to the schedule. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Professional growth. * Access to training opportunities tailored to your position, as well as continuous learning.
