Job Description: **Profile:** * Civil Engineer / Geologist or related degree \- University graduate, licensed, registered, and authorized to practice. * Minimum 3 years of experience in production areas. * Experience in specialized geotechnics with knowledge of earthworks, slope stabilization, and civil works. * Advanced Office, AutoCAD, MS Project. **Responsibilities:** * Lead all preparatory actions for construction execution. * Prepare and notify the list of requirements, manpower, and subcontracting items within the budget. * Review, formulate, and manage personnel and equipment scheduling, aimed at achieving efficiency and productivity in each process. * Execute daily production reporting, as well as modifications and changes to the schedule. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Professional growth. * Tailored training options aligned with your position, as well as continuous learning.
