Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety policies and standards. **MULTI-VEHICLE DRIVER – SAN RAFAEL MINING UNIT (MINSUR)** **CMMEI DEL SUR S.A.C.**, a Peruvian company specializing in mining, construction, and earthmoving services, is seeking a committed and responsible professional to join our team. **Work Location:** San Rafael Mining Unit – Antauta, Puno **Work Schedule:** 14 days on / 7 days off **Position** **Multi-vehicle Driver** **Main Responsibilities** * Safely operate assigned vehicles to carry out project-related activities. * Drive **4x4 SUVs, trucks, minibuses, and other authorized vehicles**, in accordance with the driver’s license category and experience. * Perform pre-operational inspections (Check List) before each shift begins. * Verify the vehicle’s proper mechanical, operational, and safety condition. * Promptly report any mechanical failure, incident, or unsafe condition. * Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in optimal operating condition. * Support operational activities related to the service when required. * Comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management (SSOMA) policies, procedures, and standards established by **CMMEI DEL SUR S.A.C.** and **MINSUR S.A.** **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (technical training preferred). * Valid **Class A-III driver’s license** (mandatory). * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a driver in mining projects. * Proven experience driving: 4x4 SUVs, trucks, minibuses. * Clean driving record with no serious or very serious traffic violations. * Knowledge of defensive driving and high-altitude road handling. * Availability to work under the **14 days on / 7 days off** schedule. * Immediate availability. **Competencies** * Strong commitment to safety. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Adherence to procedures. **We Offer** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * SCTR insurance and Life Insurance as mandated by law. * Meals and accommodation covered during stay at the mining unit. * Transportation according to company policy. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth.
